Joining our other renowned whimsical jacquard fabrics, Snappy portrays a group of turtles swimming through the ocean. The weave of this textile is referred to as “loop-and-cut”, a complicated epinglé technique in which some of the threads on the face are cut and some are left looped. This weaving method gives the textile a three-dimensional quality, giving life and movement to the turtles.
